pipers acting debut!!....

our church has this super sweet little program for pre-school age kids telling the story of Jesus birth, with all young actors (except mary and joseph;), real animals and everyone wears their jammies its just an amazing evening! Jake, Piper and I were asked to play "Mary, Joseph and Jesus"! any time we can be a part of tell the story of our saviours birth is a blessing!

after the program, children lined up to see "baby Jesus" and take photos...I felt like santa...and dont worry we scrubbed her down the minute we got home! (MOMS:please teach your toddlers NOT to touch babys hands and faces!!). also...i am always correcting people that Piper is in fact a girl not a boy (i think its her bald head;). so it was very strange to have all these children and parents tell me how "cute he is" and not correct them...i figure i saved parents a lot of explaining by leaving it alone :)

This is my cousin Eric and his wife Rebekah...but they are more then just cousins to us... we consider them dear friends! Congrats!! cant wait to meet little Titus!! The look on Rebekahs face is of pure happiness for sure!!!

my mom pulled out my brothers old stroller (from 1989!), cleaned it up and wanted to take piper for a ride:) She loved it!! thanks uncle matt for letting piper use it when she goes to grandmas house....im sure piper will let you have it back if you ever feel like going on a stroll ;)

pipers very own live doll...

since piper was born and we knew she was a girl...we have been dreaming of they day that she will dress up and carry around our little 8lb dog as her "play doll" (annabelle will hate it by the way ;). piper and annabelle have hardly payed attention to each other and i could not wait for piper to finally realize that she has a fun fluffy big sister and reach out to her....well i guess that day has come...jake caught this moment the other day ;)
